You’re not too late.  This is where we step in. We will check through your property thoroughly and list out all the ‘not so obvious’ defects that need doing.

What is a Snagging list?

A snagging list is an actual list of defects in a new build property, found by a visual inspection, which is carried out by an experienced person.

From the purchase date of your new home you have 18 months to 2 years to get the defects repaired for free by your builder!!!!
