We are independent from any builder. We only work for you the home buyer and bring to your attention any faults or bad workmanship that should have been done in the first place. You’re not too late. From the purchase date of your new home you have 18 months to 2 years to get the defects repaired for free by your builder!!!!

PROPERTY INSPECTION

This is where we step in. We will check through your property thoroughly and list out all the ‘not so obvious’ defects that need doing.
You will receive a written report from us listing all we have found for you to show to your builder. Our fee might even be refunded by your builder.
We are highly qualified and have a total of 35 years experience and Following our inspection, you will receive a written report listing all we have found.

What is a Snagging list?

Put simply, Snagging is a process of defect identification and resolution.

A snagging list is an actual list of defects in a new build property, found by a visual inspection, which is carried out by an experienced person.
